- Sorting and packing harvested produce for distribution.
- Operating and maintaining harvesting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assisting with general orchard maintenance tasks including pruning and irrigation.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in work areas to uphold food safety standards.
- Following instructions from supervisors and working collaboratively with team members.
Education and Qualifications:
- No formal education required; however, previous farm or agricultural experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of fruit harvesting techniques is an asset.
