About the Role

We are seeking creative and skilled architects to join our team across multiple architectural firms in the UK. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design vision aligns with project requirements
• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure the design is feasible and compliant with local regulations
• Provide support during the construction phase, ensuring designs are executed according to plans and addressing any issues that arise
• Assist with project management, budgets, timelines, and procurement of materials
• Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and UK building codes
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for projects
• Prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders to communicate design concepts effectively

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture (or equivalent qualification) and membership of a professional body (e.g., RIBA or equivalent international organization)
• Previous experience in architecture or a related field (preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong understanding of UK building codes, planning regulations, and construction processes
• Excellent communication skills in English for client interactions, teamwork, and presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
