Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience:

1-2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival at the F&B outlets.
• Provide information about menu items, specialties, and promotions.
• Take and manage reservations, ensuring optimal seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and quality service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized F&B environment.

Education and Qualification:

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
• Proven experience as an F&B Concierge or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food pairings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns and provide solutions.
