Education:

Bachelor // Diploma // Secondary which is as prescribed below

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Assist guests in making reservations, providing information about room availability, rates, and amenities.
Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Maintain updated records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences for guests.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Promote hotel services, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue opportunities.

Education and Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and reservation software.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
