Education:

High School/ Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Related Field

Experience:

1/2 Years Experience in Related Field

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop staff, including mechanics, technicians, and other personnel.
Allocate resources and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials, tools, and equipment.
Provide technical guidance and support to workshop staff as needed.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.

Education and Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a workshop or similar environment.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
