- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen.
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Train and supervise pastry kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback as required.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry offerings and seasonal menus.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in pastry making.
Education and Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or diploma in Pastry Arts or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
