Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience:

1-2 Years of Experience in Related Field

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the lubricants division.
• Manage the sales and marketing activities for lubricant products.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to ensure product availability.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the lubricants team.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role in the lubricants industry.
• In-depth knowledge of lubricant products and market dynamics.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
