Education

• 1-2 Years of Experience in related field

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
