Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to update them on Weatherford’s products, services, and capabilities, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to management, tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of account management and sales activities.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of oilfield products, services, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
