We are urgently hiring for the following 5 simple roles suitable for international candidates.
1. General Labourer
💷 Salary: £11.50 – £12.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks
- Clean and prepare construction sites
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Follow supervisor instructions
Requirements:
- Basic English communication
- Physically fit, can lift 20-25kg
- No prior construction experience needed
2. Construction Site Cleaner
💷 Salary: £11.75/hour
Responsibilities:
- Sweep floors, remove debris and waste
- Clean tools, toilets, and equipment
- Sanitize breakrooms and work areas
- Assist in general upkeep of the site
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Able to work early mornings
- Training provided
3. Material Handler
💷 Salary: £12.00 – £13.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Transport construction materials using hand trucks or lifts
- Organize and store materials properly
- Assist delivery unloading
- Keep stock records
Requirements:
- Able to stand/walk for long hours
- Basic understanding of safety rules
- Experience with lifting is a plus
4. Scaffolding Helper (Trainee)
💷 Salary: £12.50/hour
Responsibilities:
- Support certified scaffolders in erecting/dismantling scaffolds
- Pass tools, hold materials in place
- Ensure site safety under guidance
- Learn trade skills during work
Requirements:
- Not afraid of heights
- Willing to learn
- PPE provided
5. Site Assistant / Runner
💷 Salary: £11.50 – £12.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Run errands across construction zones
- Assist team leaders with paperwork
- Deliver tools and safety gear to teams
- Monitor tool inventory
Requirements:
- Reliable and quick-moving
- Willing to do flexible tasks
- English reading ability helpful
Basic Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for our construction roles with visa sponsorship, you must:
- Be aged between 20 – 45 years
- Have a valid passport (minimum 1 year validity)
- Speak basic conversational English
- Be physically able to work long hours in outdoor settings
- Have no criminal record (Police clearance may be required)
- Be medically fit for manual labor (basic health check mandatory)
- Be committed to working in the UK for a minimum 2-year contract
Education or previous experience in construction is a bonus but not required. We will train you.
