Job Overview:

As a Waiter at Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass ME LLC, your role is to provide excellent customer service to guests dining at the hotel’s restaurants or banquet facilities. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to their tables.
• Presenting menus, explaining menu items, and taking orders accurately.
• Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Anticipating guest needs and responding to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Following all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
