Responsibilities:

   • Oversee data collection projects, ensuring their successful execution.

   • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
   • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project.

3. Quality and Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
   • Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data.
   • Implement corrective actions to address any quality or compliance issues.
   • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

4. Health and Safety:

   • Adhere to health and safety regulations and promote safe working practices.
   • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
   • Provide training and guidance on health and safety protocols to team members.
   • Report any safety incidents or concerns and take appropriate actions.

5. Communication and Stakeholder Management:

   • Maintain effective communication with team members, management, and clients.
   • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project coordination.
   • Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any customer concerns.
   • Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team management role is preferred.

• Knowledge of data collection procedures and techniques is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations.
