Requirements

• No prior experience required, but previous security or safety-related experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English to interact with staff, visitors, and law enforcement
• Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure or emergency situations
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Good physical fitness, as the role may require standing for long periods and conducting regular patrols
• SIA license (Security Industry Authority) or willingness to obtain one (training may be provided)
• Positive attitude, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
