Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees and leaders.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct salary reviews, and ensure competitiveness in the market.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and assist in managing transitions effectively.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and provide insights for decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
