Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an HR cum Admin may include:
Human Resources:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR databases.
- Administering employee benefits programs and handling queries related to benefits and payroll.

- Supporting management in budget tracking and expense management.
- Liaising with external vendors and service providers.
Education and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with work visa and employment regulations for foreign employees in Singapore (if applicable).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
