Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a monthly and annual basis.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory filings in compliance with local regulations and deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and variances, and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes and controls are effectively implemented and followed.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles, with knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
