Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for customer service, checkout operations, and store cleanliness.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistent service delivery across all Carrefour stores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and operations, to drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.
