Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Outlet Manager in managing the overall operation of the outlet, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Supervising and motivating staff to provide outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensuring that all guest inquiries, complaints, and requests are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Monitoring the quality of food, beverages, and service to maintain consistency and meet brand standards.
  • Collaborating with the culinary and beverage teams to develop and update menus and promotions.
  • Conducting regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards in the outlet.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software.
