Key Responsibilities:

2. Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices, billing statements, and financial reports.
3. Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling financial records, bank statements, and other accounts.
4. Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree: An associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to assist in financial analysis.
