Key Responsibilities

1. Ground Handling & Airport Operations:

Manage aircraft turnarounds: marshaling, baggage handling, and refueling.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) safety protocols.
Provide premium passenger services (check-in, lounges, special assistance).

2. Cargo & Logistics:

Oversight of perishable, pharmaceutical, and high-value cargo shipments.
Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and meet IATA CEIV certifications.
Coordinate with global partners for time-critical deliveries.

3. Travel Services:

Design bespoke travel itineraries for corporate and leisure clients.
Utilize Amadeus/GDS systems for bookings and visa processing.
Promote DNATA’s portfolio of luxury travel brands.

4. Flight Catering (dnata catering):

Prepare and package 100,000+ meals daily for airlines like Emirates and Qantas.
Innovate menus for diverse dietary needs (halal, vegan, gluten-free).
Maintain HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety standards.

5. Corporate Roles:

Drive digital transformation in IT, optimize supply chains in procurement, or shape talent strategies in HR.

Requirements

Experience:

Entry-level to senior roles available. Minimum 1–2 years in aviation, hospitality, or logistics (role-specific).
Internships: Open to fresh graduates in relevant fields.

Education:

High school diploma (for operational roles) or bachelor’s degree (corporate/technical roles).
Specialized certifications (e.g., IATA ULD, DG Certification) preferred for cargo roles.

Language:

English fluency (written/spoken). Arabic or additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) a plus.
