As a Construction Helper, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring smooth project execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites, including material handling and equipment setup.
Follow instructions from supervisors and perform assigned tasks efficiently.
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment as required.
Clean and maintain construction sites to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Assist skilled workers, such as carpenters or masons, with their daily tasks.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to achieve project goals.
Adhere to project timelines and assist in meeting project deadlines.
Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset but not mandatory.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the construction field.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Good communication skills in English.
