Role and Responsibilities:

• Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly first impression.
• Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and directions.
• Reservation Management: Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Communication: Manage phone calls, emails, and guest interactions with professionalism.
• Information Source: Provide accurate information about services, events, and facilities.
• Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and find suitable solutions.
• Cash Handling: Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage billing procedures.
• Administration: Assist in administrative tasks and maintain records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and a warm demeanor.
• Proficient in using computers and basic office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
