Position Description

The candidate must come up with ways to adhere to work schedules.
The applicant will be in charge of managing and directing the work of staff members who make and portion the meals.
The candidate must instruct employees on how to perform their jobs safely and hygienically.
The candidate must calculate the cost of materials and suppliers and place orders.
The candidate will be in charge of overseeing quality control and food service.
Budgets and cost estimates must be created by the candidate.
The applicant will be in responsible of recording waste, sales, repairs, and inventory.
The task of producing and submitting reports will fall to the candidate.
The applicant will be required to oversee and examine tray assembly.
The applicant would have to oversee and inspect the delivery of food trolleys.
Making work schedules will be expected of the candidate.

Position Requirements

English language proficiency is required of the candidate.
The minimal requirement for the position is a diploma from a secondary (high) school.
A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar field would be required of the ideal applicant.
It will be required of the candidate to manage staff in a range of accountability areas.
