Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide a warm and friendly welcome to hostel residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
2. Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including registration and room allocation.
3. Address residents’ inquiries, concerns, and needs in a helpful and professional manner.
4. Support residents in maintaining a clean and organized living space.
5. Monitor hostel premises and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of residents and the facility.
6. Collaborate with other hostel staff to provide comprehensive support services.
7. Respond to emergency situations promptly and appropriately.

Requirements:

1. No prior experience required, as training will be provided; however, experience in a customer service or support role will be advantageous.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Friendly, approachable, and empathetic attitude towards residents.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Flexibility to work on an ad hoc basis, which may include weekends and evenings.
6. Eligibility to work in the UK.
