Responsibilities:

1. Farm Work: Assist in various farming activities, including crop cultivation, livestock care, and general farm maintenance.
2. Instructional Duties: Conduct training sessions and workshops for farm workers and other personnel, sharing best practices and agricultural techniques.
3. Farm Management: Assist in the overall management of the farm, coordinating with the farm manager and other team members.
4. Livestock Handling: Provide care and attention to livestock, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring their health.
5. Crop Cultivation: Participate in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops following standard agricultural practices.
6. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.
7. Environmental Stewardship: Promote sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices.
8. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the farm.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Experience: Prior experience in farming and agricultural instruction is advantageous but not required.
3. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified foreign candidates, allowing them to legally work in the UK.
4. Instructional Skills: Ability to deliver effective training and instructional sessions.
5. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
6. Language Skills: Basic communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
7. Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to the demands of farm operations and instructional duties.
