Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
3. Incident Management: Record, track, and prioritize support requests using a ticketing system.
4. Remote Assistance: Offer remote assistance to users to resolve technical problems.
5. Software Installations: Assist in software installations, updates, and configurations.
6. Hardware Maintenance: Coordinate hardware repairs and maintenance tasks.
7. User Training: Provide basic IT training to end-users on software and hardware usage.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in IT or related fields are advantageous.
2. Experience: Prior experience in help desk support or a similar IT support role is preferred.
3. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and software applications.
5. Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
6. Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a patient and friendly attitude.
7. Adaptability: Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
8. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
