Education:

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight: Supervise and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to approved plans, budgets, and timelines.
2. Team Management: Manage and coordinate construction teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution.
3. Quality Assurance: Monitor construction work for quality and compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
4. Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for all construction personnel.
5. Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders and senior management.
6. Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including manpower and materials, to meet project requirements.
7. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve construction-related issues and challenges that may arise during the project.
8. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify potential areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications in construction management are advantageous.
2. Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industry is required.
3. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified foreign candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction project management and familiarity with engineering software.
5. Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
6. Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide construction teams.
7. Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
8. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex construction issues and propose effective solutions.
