Experience

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods in the warehouse.
2. Stock Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent stockouts.
3. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch.
4. Warehouse Organization: Implement efficient warehouse layout and organization to optimize space utilization.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure goods are handled and stored safely to maintain product quality.
6. Team Supervision: Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
7. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance.
8. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in logistics or warehouse management is an advantage.
2. Experience: Prior experience in warehouse management or a related field is preferred.
3. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications.
5. Language Skills: Basic communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Adaptability: Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
