Responsibilities:

  1. Document Management: Ensure the proper control, distribution, and archiving of office documents, both physical and electronic.
  2. Document Review: Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
  3. File Organization: Organize and maintain document filing systems, making documents easily accessible to relevant personnel.
  4. Data Entry: Enter and update information in databases and electronic document management systems.
  5. Version Control: Track document versions and revisions to maintain accuracy and prevent data duplication.
  6. Document Retrieval: Retrieve documents as requested by authorized personnel and maintain a log of document movement.
  7. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  8. Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to gather, process, and distribute documents.
  9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of document activities and transactions.
  10. Compliance: Ensure document management practices comply with relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Experience: Prior experience as an Office Document Controller or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
  3. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
  4. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office applications and electronic document management systems.
  5. Language Skills: Basic communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
