EPC Project Cost Manager (Aramco Projects)

As an EPC Project Cost Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project cost performance, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead all project cost control and cost management activities for EPC projects.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and finance departments.
• Develop monthly cost reports and executive dashboards.
• Support contract administration, claims management, and change order evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco project controls requirements and reporting standards.
• Review subcontractor cost submissions and payment certifications.
• Implement best practices in cost engineering and project controls.
• Support project risk assessments and contingency planning.
• Contribute to project profitability through proactive financial management.

Education & Experience Required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in EPC project cost management.
• Previous experience working on Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCP, AACE, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, earned value management (EVM), forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and project control systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Benefits & Pay

Salary : SAR 20,000 – SAR 35,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
