As a Barista at Caffe Nero Group Ltd, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of coffee beverages, ensuring their quality and presentation meet the company’s standards. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, adhering to Caffe Nero’s recipes and quality guidelines.
2. Operate coffee machines and other equipment with precision and expertise.
3. Assist customers in selecting coffee beverages and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
4. Create latte art and enhance the presentation of coffee drinks for a delightful visual experience.
5. Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including brewing equipment and utensils.
7. Ensure the availability of coffee and other supplies by restocking as needed.
8. Communicate with customers and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
9. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and attentiveness.
10. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
11. Collaborate with the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Caffe Nero’s brand standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee service role is preferred but not mandatory.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
