Responsibilities:

1. Safely and efficiently operate the hotel’s vehicles, which may include luxury sedans, limousines, and spacious vans, to transport guests, staff, and management to various destinations in Dubai.
2. Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage handling, and create a welcoming and hospitable environment throughout the journey.
3. Plan optimal routes and adjust for traffic conditions to ensure timely and comfortable transportation for all passengers.
4. Conduct regular inspections of the assigned vehicle, report any maintenance requirements promptly, and ensure the vehicle’s cleanliness and impeccable condition at all times.
5. Adhere strictly to traffic laws, regulations, and hotel driving policies to prioritize the safety of all passengers and other road users.
6. Provide guests with valuable information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions, displaying a knowledgeable and attentive approach.
7. Collaborate closely with the Concierge and Front Desk teams to efficiently manage transportation requests and schedules.
8. Maintain detailed records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.
9. Uphold the hotel’s security and confidentiality standards when handling guest transportation.
10. Report any incidents, accidents, or emergencies promptly to the management and follow established procedures.
11. Present a professional and polished appearance, adhering to the hotel’s designated uniform and grooming standards.
12. Stay updated on Dubai’s traffic conditions, road closures, and events to ensure efficient and smooth travel for guests.
13. Foster environmentally conscious driving practices to minimize fuel consumption and reduce the hotel’s ecological impact.
14. Provide assistance in other tasks or departments as needed to support the overall hotel operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Valid UAE driving license, preferably with an impeccable driving record.
2. Proven experience as a professional Driver, preferably in a luxury hotel or esteemed establishment.
3. Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s roadways, traffic regulations, and prominent landmarks.
4. Proficiency in using navigation devices and smartphone applications for efficient route planning.
5. Exemplary customer service skills with a courteous and friendly demeanor.
6. Effective communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
7. Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to flexible working hours if required.
8. Physical fitness to handle luggage and provide assistance to guests comfortably.
9. Calm and composed disposition, especially during demanding situations.
10. Familiarity with luxury vehicles and hospitality industry standards is advantageous.
