Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of security officers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
2. Security Checks: Conduct regular checks and inspections of security officers’ performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Incident Management: Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating appropriate actions and liaising with authorities if required.
4. Access Control: Ensure access control measures are implemented and enforced to permit entry to authorized personnel only.
5. Patrols and Surveillance: Conduct security patrols and monitor surveillance systems to maintain a secure environment.
6. Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and security logs for record-keeping and reference.
7. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, providing excellent customer service and assistance when needed.
8. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team and clients.

Requirements:

1. Security Experience: Proven experience in security, with a track record of handling security operations effectively.
2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to supervise and motivate the security team.
3. SIA License: Hold a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license for Security Guarding or Door Supervision.
4. Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and authorities.
5. Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address security challenges and make sound decisions.
6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify security risks and maintain accurate records.
7. Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
