Responsibilities:

1. Premises Security: Maintain a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and monitoring surveillance systems.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises, permitting entry to authorized personnel only.
3. Incident Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, including alarms and emergency situations.
4. Security Checks: Conduct thorough security checks of visitors, staff, and vehicles as necessary.
5. Report Writing: Document all incidents and activities accurately in detailed reports.
6. Customer Service: Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and clients, providing excellent customer service and assistance when needed.
7. Emergency Preparedness: Stay updated on emergency response procedures and participate in emergency drills and training.
8. Collaborate with Authorities: Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.

Requirements:

1. Security Experience: Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred.
2. SIA License: Hold a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license for Security Guarding or Door Supervision.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle security incidents calmly and efficiently.
5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify security risks and maintain accurate records.
6. Physical Fitness: Capable of performing security patrols and responding swiftly to incidents.
7. Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
