Key Responsibilities:

3. Window Cleaning: Clean windows and glass surfaces to remove dirt, smudges, and other impurities, providing clear visibility and an appealing appearance.
4. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure cleaning equipment and tools are in good working condition, reporting any defects or malfunctions promptly.
5. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing cleaning duties.
6. Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of construction waste and cleaning materials, following waste management protocols.
7. Site Inspection: Conduct inspections to identify areas that require special attention and address cleaning needs accordingly.
8. Collaboration: Work effectively with other cleaning team members and site supervisors to coordinate cleaning efforts and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction cleaning or a similar field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials used in construction site cleaning.
• Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Flexibility in working hours, as construction site cleaning may require occasional evening or weekend work.
