Responsibilities:

- Customer Support: Ensure prompt and efficient handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to savings and loans products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Sainsbury’s savings and loans offerings to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve complex customer issues or escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance performance.

Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in financial services or banking, is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide the customer service team.
- Financial Product Knowledge: Familiarity with savings and loans products and financial regulations will be advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer service needs.
