3. Customer Service: Promote a customer-centric approach within the team, emphasizing the importance of delivering excellent service, resolving customer issues, and creating a pleasant shopping environment.
4. Stock Management: Oversee stock levels and replenishment processes, ensuring shelves are adequately stocked and products are displayed attractively to maximize sales opportunities.
5. Health and Safety: Uphold Tesco’s health and safety standards, implementing safety protocols, and conducting regular safety checks to create a safe environment for both customers and staff.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance store performance.
7. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
