Agthia is currently hiring for the following 10 easy and in-demand job titles:
1. Warehouse Assistant
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory
- Maintain cleanliness of storage area
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
2. Forklift Operator
- Operate forklift machinery to move products safely
- Ensure products are stored in designated spaces
- Valid UAE forklift license required
3. Production Line Worker
- Operate food processing machinery and packing lines
- Monitor quality and report issues to supervisor
- Training provided; no experience required
4. Delivery Driver
- Deliver products to supermarkets and distributors across Dubai
- Maintain vehicle log and delivery schedule
- Valid UAE driving license required (Manual preferred)
5. Merchandiser
- Arrange product displays in retail outlets
- Monitor shelf stock and promotional material
- Customer service and basic English preferred
6. Quality Control Assistant
- Inspect product samples at different production stages
- Assist in testing and recording quality reports
- Diploma in food science is a plus
7. Packing Helper
- Assist with final packing of bottled water and snack products
- Label and seal boxes as per requirements
- No previous experience required
8. Administrative Clerk
- Support office tasks, data entry, and filing
- Coordinate with HR and logistics teams
- Proficiency in MS Office required
9. Machine Operator
- Operate automated filling and packaging machinery

Qualifications & Eligibility
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma for entry-level positions
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree for technical/admin roles
Experience:
- Freshers can apply for helper, packer, and delivery roles
- 1-3 years’ experience preferred for operations, sales, and quality roles
Language Skills:
- Basic English required (written/spoken)
- Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage
Age Limit:
- Candidates between 21 and 45 years old will be considered
Nationality:
- Open to all nationalities with legal residence or valid visit visa in UAE
- Visa sponsorship is available for selected candidates
