1. Home Care Assistant

Salary: £11.50 – £13.50/hour

  • Visit service users in their homes
  • Support with washing, dressing, toileting, eating
  • Companionship and daily conversation
  • Medication reminders

2. Live-In Carer

Salary: £700 – £850/week + food & accommodation

  • Stay with clients in their homes (minimum 1 week shifts)
  • Full personal care, companionship, and daily tasks
  • Ideal for candidates without a London home base

3. Night Care Assistant

Salary: £12.00 – £14.00/hour

  • Overnight stays for vulnerable clients
  • Monitoring, toileting support, and security
  • Common in end-of-life and elderly care

4. Companionship Carer

Salary: £11.00 – £12.50/hour

  • Emotional support, walks, meal preparation, games
  • For clients who need friendship and light assistance
  • Great for empathetic and talkative individuals

5. Domiciliary Care Worker

Salary: £11.75/hour + travel allowance

  • Travel from house to house on a daily route

6. Disability Support Worker

Salary: £12.50 – £14.00/hour

Who We Are Looking For

Basic Requirements:

  • Age 18+
  • Good spoken English (reading and writing also preferred)
  • Kindness, patience, and a desire to help others
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Willingness to undergo full background check (DBS)
  • Ability to travel to clients’ homes (own transport is a plus)

Desirable But Not Required:

  • Previous care experience (professional or personal)
  • UK driving license
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certificate
  • Eligibility for UK Skilled Worker Visa (we can guide you)

While job duties vary by title, all our care staff are expected to:

  • Treat clients with dignity and respect
  • Maintain accurate daily care logs
  • Follow all care plans set by care coordinators

  • Observe infection control and safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals

Training Provided

All new hires go through mandatory induction training before working with clients. This includes:

  • UK Care Certificate (for all new staff)
