Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
2. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine plumbing layouts and specifications.
3. Collaborate with other tradespeople and project teams to ensure plumbing work is coordinated effectively.
4. Carry out inspections and diagnostics to identify plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Install and connect water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety regulations.
6. Repair or replace faulty plumbing components, such as pipes, valves, faucets, and fixtures.
7. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning drains, flushing systems, and inspecting pipes for leaks or corrosion.
8. Test plumbing systems for leaks, using pressure gauges and other appropriate tools.
9. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their plumbing needs and provide professional advice and recommendations.
10. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

1. Valid work permit/visa to work in the United Kingdom (Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates).
2. Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications.
3. Previous experience as a Plumber, preferably in a construction or maintenance setting.
4. In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
5. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve plumbing issues effectively.
6. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
7. Excellent manual dexterity and physical fitness to perform plumbing tasks.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
9. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
10. A responsible and reliable work ethic, with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
