Responsibilities:

1. Perform general maintenance and repairs across different sites as required.
2. Conduct routine inspections to identify any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
3. Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general handyman duties.
4. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
6. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work completed, materials used, and time spent.
7. Coordinate and communicate with other staff and contractors to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
8. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any faults or damages.
9. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.
10. Provide support and guidance to colleagues and staff on maintenance-related matters.

Requirements:

1. Valid work permit/visa to work in the United Kingdom (Work permit sponsorship available for eligible candidates).
2. Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role is preferred.
3. Proficient in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to maintenance work.
6. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

9. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
