Roles and Responsibilities
- Passenger Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Safety Procedures: Perform pre-flight safety checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- In-flight Assistance: Assist passengers with seating, luggage storage, and special requests.
- Emergency Management: Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary.
- Catering Services: Serve meals and beverages, and manage in-flight sales.
- Communication: Clearly communicate with passengers and crew members, providing updates and information as needed.
- Cabin Preparation: Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the cabin before, during, and after flights.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other cabin crew members and the flight deck to ensure smooth operations.
Education and Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service are advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of personal grooming.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Minimum arm reach of 212 cm on tiptoes.
- Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
- Ability to swim unaided for at least 25 meters.
