Experience :

• 1-2 years of experience in related field

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take beverage orders.
• Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Promote and recommend menu items and specials.
• Maintain knowledge of all bar menus and beverage offerings.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end establishment.
• Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
