The Florist Team Leader at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai will be responsible for leading a team of florists, managing floral arrangements for various events and locations within the resort, and ensuring the highest quality and creativity in all floral designs. Education:

• Secondary // Bachelor Degree / Diploma

Experience :

• 1-2 years of experience in related field

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of florists, providing guidance and support.
• Design and create floral arrangements for events, guest rooms, and public areas.
• Coordinate with clients and event planners to understand floral requirements.
• Source and purchase flowers, plants, and other materials from suppliers.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of all floral materials.
• Maintain inventory and manage the budget for floral supplies.
• Train and mentor junior florists in design techniques and best practices.
• Ensure all floral arrangements meet the resort’s standards of excellence.
• Oversee the setup and teardown of floral displays for events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Education and Qualification:

• Diploma or certification in floristry or floral design.
• Proven experience as a florist, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong creative and artistic skills in floral design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in floral design software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of flower types, care, and handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
