Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain and update patient records and office files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial tasks as needed.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support other staff members with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
