Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and expense claims, verifying accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and process payment batches, including checks, electronic transfers, and wire transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and audits.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
