Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation programs.
  • Managing employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal setting.
  • Handling employee relations issues and providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Administering employee benefits programs and resolving benefits-related queries.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accuracy of payroll data.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or related roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UAE.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
