• Provide leadership and guidance to local teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the country office, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Oversee compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on country performance, including sales, expenses, and market analysis.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the international business or corporate sector.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of local business practices, culture, and regulatory environment.
