Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transport personnel, equipment, and materials to and from job sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Operate company vehicles, including trucks and specialized vehicles, in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of field equipment and tools as needed.
• Support field operations by performing tasks such as loading and unloading equipment, rigging up/down, and conducting equipment checks.
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of work performed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate activities and address any issues or concerns.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, and work areas.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in an industrial or field operations environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
