Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Ensuring that all areas under housekeeping responsibility are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Assisting with laundry duties, such as washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens and towels.
• Adhering strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborating with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
• Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to housekeeping tasks.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
